Want to learn practical self defense skills from a trained martial arts instructor? Sign-up for our upcoming 10 week course, Wednesday nights from 8:15pm-9:15pm, beginning February 9th, 2022.

This course is available for the Russell Baptist family from 7th grade through adults. Basic physical fitness is required. Spots are limited and are available at the discretion of the instructors.

Cost: The 10 week Basic Self Defense course is $30. Payment will be made after spot is confirmed by the instructor. Additional safety equipment is required.

Required Safety Equipment: 12oz-16oz boxing gloves, 180” boxing hand wraps, and mouthpiece are required, but not provided (appropriate gear recommendations can be provided upon sign-up).
